The Novara Forged experience
Every face is simulated before a blank is cut: cornering, braking, impact, and load. Material comes out of the low-stress zones and goes into the ones that matter.
Machined from true aerospace 6061-T6, never cast or flow-formed. The forged grain runs with the load path, which is how a set lands 25–30% under a comparable cast wheel.
Brushed, polished, satin, gloss, or custom powder — paired with your hardware, caps, and accent color. Monoblock, two-piece, or beadlock, each set is built for one car.

Every blank is 6061-T6 aluminum forged at 8,000 tons, then CNC-cut on a 5-axis. Grain follows the load path instead of fighting it.
Each new face is run through radial fatigue, cornering fatigue, and impact testing before it goes on sale.
A drawing goes out before a chip is cut. If the offset is wrong on paper we fix it there, not in your fender.
