One wheel, one car, no compromise
Novara Forged builds wheels the way a chassis engineer would.
We are a small shop. Every set that leaves here was drawn for one car, simulated against that car's weight and grip, then machined from a solid 6061-T6 forging. There is no shelf stock and no order we take without a drawing you have approved first.
That approach came out of racing, where a wrong offset costs a weekend and a failed wheel costs more. It turns out street cars deserve the same discipline.
Five steps, no shortcuts
Your car, ride height, brakes, and tire plan become a target offset and width.
You see a dimensioned drawing and a load rating. Nothing moves until you approve it.
A solid 6061-T6 blank is forged so the grain follows the load path.
Cut on a 5-axis to your drawing, then balanced and inspected corner by corner.
Brushed, polished, painted, or powder — with your hardware and caps.

No call center and no order form standing in for a conversation.
